Every HULCAN product is designed to become part of your kitchen for years to come. We stand behind our materials, craftsmanship and manufacturing quality with a lifetime warranty.
What is covered
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, including structural defects, manufacturing issues with handles, base defects affecting normal cooking performance, and production-related material failures.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, dropping or impact damage, improper use, commercial use, or normal cosmetic changes that do not affect cooking performance.
HULCAN cookware care
HULCAN cookware is designed for everyday kitchen use. Metal utensils and dishwasher cleaning are allowed. For maximum longevity and appearance, hand washing is recommended when possible.
Knife warranty
Knives require different care than cookware. The HULCAN knife warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover normal edge wear, dullness from regular use, improper cutting surfaces, or dishwasher damage.
A knife edge is a working component and requires occasional sharpening.
How to make a warranty claim
Email hello@hulcancookware.com with your order number, photos of the issue and a description of what happened. Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate solution: repair, replacement or refund.
