Description
Non-stick performance without a coating to wear away. The HULCAN LiftGrid™ Fry Pan raises a 99.86% pure Grade 1 titanium cooking surface into ridges, so food rests on 27% of the pan instead of all of it.
Sear steaks, fry eggs or toss vegetables with about a teaspoon of oil, and food releases. Steel spatulas, whisks and tongs are fine, and it goes in the dishwasher every wash.
Backed by a limited lifetime warranty and 120 days to prove it in your own kitchen.
How to use
First use
Four minutes, once: wash, oil, heat for 2–3 minutes, cool, rinse and dry.

Cleaning
Dishwasher safe, every wash. Repeat the oil step every 3–6 months to keep the release at its best.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Free shipping across the USA. Orders arrive in 2–5 business days.

The Trade-Off Hiding in Your Kitchen
Every pan in your cupboard asks you to give something up. Here's what you're really cooking on.

- Hand wash recommended

Stainless Steel
- Food grabs without plenty of oil

Why Food Lets Go
On a flat pan, food touches 100% of the surface. LiftGrid™ raises the titanium into ridges, so food rests on just 27% of it.
- Measured: 27% contact, against a flat plate
- The ridges are the pan itself, not a layer on top
- You can't scratch away a shape

Nothing Here to Wear Off
Most non-stick pans rely on a sprayed-on layer, and every layer wears with heat, metal and the dishwasher.
LiftGrid™ has no layer at all. The surface you cook on is the titanium itself.
- No layer to chip, flake or wear thin
- Nothing sprayed on: you cook directly on titanium
- Safe in the dishwasher, every wash
Ridges stay ridges. That's the whole idea.
This Pan Does It All.
Whether you cook on gas, electric or induction, the aluminium core spreads heat fast and evenly, and the magnetic steel base works on every hob.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
We're confident in how this pan is built, so we back it with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
States Banning PFAS in Cookware
States including Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota and Vermont have passed laws banning PFAS in cookware. More states have bans and labelling rules on the way.

"PFOA-Free" Isn't "PFAS-Free"
PFOA is one compound in a large family. A pan can be PFOA-free and still carry a PTFE coating, which is itself a PFAS.
Coatings Are a Layer
And every layer wears with heat, metal utensils and the dishwasher.
Already Off Shelves in Minnesota
Since 2025, cookware with intentionally added PFAS can't be sold there, and other states have set their own dates.
No Layer, Nothing to Ban
HULCAN has no coating of any kind, so none of this applies to your pan.
There is no coating on this pan. No PFAS, no PTFE — not because we took them out, but because there is no layer for them to be in.
99.86% Pure Grade 1 Titanium Surface
The surface your food touches is Grade 1 titanium at 99.86% purity, over an aluminium core for even heat and a magnetic steel base for induction.
Titanium, Tried and Loved

We Are Here to Help
What is contact ratio?
How much of the pan the food actually touches. Ink a flat plate, press each pan onto it, compare how much ink came away. A flat pan leaves a full print — 99%. This one leaves a print of the peaks: 27%. Measured against a flat plate, not against an egg.
Is it really non-stick with no coating?
Yes, and the mechanism is different. The non-stick is the shape: food rests on the peaks of the raised titanium and liquid drains into the channels between them. You still need sensible heat and a teaspoon of oil — we're not going to pretend otherwise. What you don't need is a layer doing the work, because that's the part that eventually stops.
Do I still need oil?
Yes, every time. A little oil or butter. This is not a dry pan, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Skip aerosol sprays.
Can I use metal utensils?
Yes. Spatula, whisk, tongs, fork — that's what the ridges are for. Don't cut on the surface; a knife edge is a different kind of force.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, every wash. Repeat the oil step every 3–6 months to keep release at full. Wedge it so it isn't knocking around against loose metal all cycle.
Does it work on induction?
Yes. Magnetic steel base. Also gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and open flame.
How hot can it go?
Rated to 482 °F — more than any burner will put into it during a sear. In the oven stay below 482 °F and skip the broiler, which runs hotter than that. Open flame and grill are fine. Never heat it empty for more than a minute, and never microwave it.
Do I have to prep it before the first meal?
Yes. Four minutes, once. Wash, oil, heat 2–3 minutes, cool, rinse, dry. It fills the microtexture between the ridges. If you use the dishwasher, repeat it every 3–6 months.
Why does this cost less than other titanium pans?
Because we sell direct, we don't pay a celebrity, and we're not charging you for a wellness brand. Expensive titanium pans are mostly still flat — you pay for the material and the brand, then manage sticking with oil and technique the same way you always have. The money here went into the geometry. Also: add up the last four pans you bought. That number is the real comparison.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Manufacturing and material defects, for the life of the pan. It doesn't cover misuse or normal wear and tear. Register it with the QR code in the box.
What if I just don't like cooking on it?
Send it back any time within 120 days for a full refund. Use it hard first, that's the point of a four-month window.
