Use and Care

First use — four minutes, once
Wash with warm water and dish soap to take off factory residue. Dry it. Set the pan on low-medium heat, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil, and spread it over the interior and sides with a paper towel. Heat 2–3 minutes. Turn the heat off. Let it cool completely, rinse, dry. This fills the microtexture between the ridges and brings release to full strength.

Every day
Start lower than you think. Titanium moves heat fast — medium here behaves like high on the pan you're used to. Save the top of the dial for searing. Flick a drop of water on the surface: if it beads and dances you're at temperature; if it vanishes, pull the pan off the heat.

Oil
A little oil or butter, every time. The ridge geometry is built to spread it. This is not a dry pan. Skip aerosol sprays — the propellants leave a varnish that dulls the release and is a pain to remove.

Utensils
Steel spatulas, forks, whisks, tongs. Yes. That is what the titanium ridges are for. Don't cut on the surface.

Cleaning
Dishwasher is fine, every wash. If you use it, repeat the first-use oil step every 3–6 months — ninety seconds, and the release comes back to full. Stubborn stains: baking soda and water. No abrasive powders.

Don't
Never heat it empty for more than a minute. Never pour cold water onto a hot pan. Never the microwave. The handle gets hot; use a mitt.

Color on the ridges
Titanium can take on a faint bronze or blue tint at high heat. That's the metal reacting to temperature, not damage. It doesn't affect performance, safety or the warranty.

Shipping and Warranty

Shipping
Ships from a US warehouse within 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on everything, with no minimum and no threshold to hit. Tracking comes by email.

Easy returns · 120-day risk-free trial
Four months in your own kitchen. Use the steel whisk. Run it through the dishwasher. Cook the things that ruined the last one. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund and we cover the return postage. That's what makes it risk-free rather than just returnable.

Warranty
Limited lifetime. Manufacturing and material defects, for the life of the pan. It doesn't cover misuse or normal wear and tear. Register it with the QR code in the box and read the full terms.

Then go read the warranty on the pan you already own. Almost every cookware warranty excludes coating wear, discoloration, or loss of non-stick performance. That clause is why those pans are a replacement cycle. Ours has nothing to exclude, because there is no coating on this pan to wear out.

They could have fixed sticking with geometry decades ago. They fixed it with a layer that costs almost nothing and fails on a schedule, because a pan that lasts is a worse business than a pan you replace. We built the other one: solid titanium, raised into a grid, with nothing on top of it to lose. That's the whole story.

Deglaze, scrape with a steel spatula, wipe it out. The surface takes all of it and looks the same at the end of service.

Denise, Feb 2026
Denise, Feb 2026

It preheats fast and holds the heat when a cold steak hits it. That is the part cheaper pans get wrong.

No seasoning routine and no special sponge. It goes into the dishwasher with everything else at the end of the night.

I wanted a pan with nothing sprayed on top of it. This one is just the metal, and it still releases.

I replaced a nonstick that had started to peel. There is nothing here that can peel in the first place.

Eggs and chicken twice a day, every day. Months in, the cooking surface looks the way it did in week one.

Hard sear on high, then straight into the dishwasher. Nothing about the pan has changed since I got it.

I cook plain, no sprays and no shortcuts. The only thing between my food and the pan is titanium.

The liftgrid

Of the surface touches your food

The raised titanium grid holds your food above the surface, so it sits on ridges instead of lying flat in a pan. Less contact, less sticking — and the release comes from the metal itself, not from a coating that wears off.

An unrivaled cooking experience

One titanium pan with the sear of stainless, the release of nonstick and the life of cast iron.

Love this deep pan!!!!

L

Got this as a gift from one of my close friends, and was happy ever since! One of the best gifts anyone has ever gifted to me, super practical;)

B
Brenda M.

The pan is holding up better then i expected. Feels really high end and durable, definatelly recommend to anyone looking for a deeper pan rather then a normal one!

C
Caleb R.

Frying eggs in this pan is like a dream, nothing sticks, that's the best thing for me:)

S
Stephen G.

In regular use, a little practice and this started to feel familiar. New cookware always feels a little unfamiliar to me at first. I read the instructions and tried a normal cooking job rather than anything ambitious. A few uses later it had settled into the routine nicely.

D
Dennis F.

In this kitchen, holding it feels more comfortable than I expected! 😄

T
Tyler P.

After some practice, giving the pan a moment before turning really helps. I don't expect it to do everything on a dry surface.

M
Marie A.

Nice pan overall. I had to lower the heat compared with my old one, so it took a couple of tries.

K
Kenneth T.

this pan is useful at the start and finish of cooking. The extra depth is useful when everything comes together towards the end.

N
Nicholas O.

Have used this pan for about 2 weeks now and i gotta say, it's definatelly worth the price!

A
Alexander N.

I like a handle that feels this firmly fitted. I use a cloth when it's warm and take my time moving it!

C
Carol T.

At home, the pan works well in the space I set aside.

H
Hazel O.

Glad I can ease the heat back without feeling stuck. I keep an eye on it rather than leaving it empty over high heat.

L
Lisa F.

10/10. Looks good and feels solid.

C
Carl K.

After trying it, the construction is the part that impressed me first. A short soak is sometimes necessary, which I hadn't expected.

J
Joseph L.

This pan warms up nicely on my usual burner!

A
Arthur K.

I'm quite happy with the cleanup after several uses. Would prefer a little less weight when I'm moving it to the sink.

H
Henry R.

at home, I'm happy with how much use I'm getting out of the pan. It fits a real gap in my cookware rather than duplicating something I already liked.

S
Sean C.

After using the pan, I'm quite happy with the feel of the handle. Handles are something I pay attention to because I dislike a loose or awkward grip. This one feels comfortable with my usual oven mitt. I still keep it on the stove while serving rather than carrying it around full.

J
Jacqueline J.

Worth making shelf space for.

A
Austin D.

I really like that steady feel under the spoon. The handle can get hot, so I need a mitt within reach.

J
Jesse S.

Easy cleaning:)

D
Douglas T.

The pan feels balanced when I pick it up. I'm not someone who tosses a full pan around in the air. I want it to feel steady on the stove and manageable at the sink. This has suited that fairly ordinary way of using cookware.

C
Carl A.

As pans go, quite a sensible balance between the body and grip. The pan feels comfortable when I'm putting it on the hob or washing it afterwards. A full pan is a different matter, so I take it slowly. The balance itself has felt good to me.

D
Donald I.

Lower heat has worked well for most of my cooking.

K
Kimberly O.

I feel comfortable using the pan now. Using a little oil and adjusting the heat has worked for me!

R
Ronald K.

Been using it regularly and I am happy. No need to change all my utensils either.

C
Carolyn P.

Really like the handle on this. I keep a mitt nearby because it does get hot.

C
Carolyn W.

Cleaned up with my normal sponge, which is all I wanted.

G
Gregory K.

That little bit of extra room makes cooking less messy. Glad I chose this shape.

N
Nora S.

After a few uses, the handle doesn't feel loose or flimsy.

H
Hunter O.

A proper everyday pan. Gets used, washed and goes straight back on the hob the next day.
