Returns & 120-Day Trial
We believe the best way to judge cookware is to use it in your own kitchen. That is why every HULCAN product comes with a 120-day trial period from the date your order is delivered.
Cook with it. Prepare your favourite meals. Experience the difference. If HULCAN is not the right fit for your kitchen, contact our support team within 120 days and we will help you with your return.
How to start a return

- Provide your order number
- Explain your return request
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team
You do not need the original packaging to request a return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 2-5 business days. There are no restocking fees.
Return shipping
For eligible 120-day trial returns, HULCAN covers the return shipping cost.
What the trial does not cover
The trial covers normal cooking use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse outside normal cooking, commercial use, or products modified after purchase.
