Use and Care

For Knives:

Wash by hand.

Hand wash after use with warm water and dish soap. Keep your knives out of the dishwasher.

Dry immediately.
Wipe dry with a clean towel after washing. Don’t leave knives soaking or sitting wet.

Choose the right cutting board.
Use a wooden or plastic cutting board to help protect the edge.

Store safely.
Keep your knives on a magnetic knife strip, in a knife block, or protected by a sheath.

Keep the edge sharp.
Sharpen as needed to restore a clean, precise edge.

For Pans & Pot:

Before first use
Wash with warm water and dish soap, then dry thoroughly. Add a teaspoon of vegetable oil and use a paper towel to spread a thin layer over the cooking surface and inner sides. Heat on low to medium for 2–3 minutes. Turn off the heat, let the cookware cool completely, then rinse and dry.

Everyday cooking
Start with low to medium heat and increase only as needed. Avoid overheating, and never leave cookware unattended on the stove.

A little oil goes a long way
For frying and searing, use a little oil or butter each time. Avoid aerosol cooking sprays, which can leave a stubborn residue.

Metal utensils welcome
Steel spatulas, whisks, and tongs can be used on the titanium cooking surface. Never cut directly inside the pan or pot.

Easy cleaning
Let the cookware cool before cleaning. Wash by hand with warm water and dish soap, or place it in the dishwasher. For stubborn residue, use baking soda and water. Avoid abrasive cleaning powders.

If you regularly use the dishwasher, repeat the first-use oil treatment every 3–6 months to help maintain food release.

Heat & handling
Never heat an empty pan or pot for more than one minute. Never pour cold water into hot cookware, and never use it in the microwave. Handles can become hot—use an oven mitt.

Color changes
High heat may cause a faint bronze or blue tint to appear on the titanium ridges.

Shipping and Warranty

Shipping
Ships from a US warehouse within 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on everything, with no minimum and no threshold to hit. Tracking comes by email.

Easy returns · 120-day risk-free trial
Four months in your own kitchen. Use the steel whisk. Run it through the dishwasher. Cook the things that ruined the last one. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund and we cover the return postage. That's what makes it risk-free rather than just returnable.

Warranty
Limited lifetime. Manufacturing and material defects, for the life of the pan. It doesn't cover misuse or normal wear and tear. Register it with the QR code in the box and read the full terms.

Then go read the warranty on the pan you already own. Almost every cookware warranty excludes coating wear, discoloration, or loss of non-stick performance. That clause is why those pans are a replacement cycle. Ours has nothing to exclude, because there is no coating on this pan to wear out.

They could have fixed sticking with geometry decades ago. They fixed it with a layer that costs almost nothing and fails on a schedule, because a pan that lasts is a worse business than a pan you replace. We built the other one: solid titanium, raised into a grid, with nothing on top of it to lose. That's the whole story.

The pieces that stop the cycle.

Non-stick that can't wear off.

Pure titanium · Liftgrid surface

What's Included

Eggs in the morning, a steak at night. Food sits on the raised Liftgrid pattern instead of in its own juices, so it browns instead of steaming and lets go when it has seared. Pure titanium with no coating to wear off, so a metal spatula is fine.

Tall sides keep hot oil where it belongs and give a sauce room to reduce. Fry chicken, braise short ribs, cook pasta sauce for six, then serve it from the same pan. The Liftgrid surface lets a crust come away on its own when it is ready, so turning food does not tear it.

Sloped sides for stir-fries, fried rice and anything you want to keep moving. Vegetables stay crisp and noodles pick up color instead of going soft. The same Liftgrid surface as the pans, so sticky sauces and glazes do not weld themselves to the bottom.

Rice, oatmeal, a quick tomato sauce, milk for hot chocolate. The long handle stays steady when you pour, and the Liftgrid surface keeps porridge and reductions from gluing themselves to the bottom. Pure titanium with no coating to wear off.

Two handles and deep sides for the dishes that feed everyone. Brown the meat, add the stock and let it simmer in the same pot. Room for a family batch of soup or pasta for the whole table, with a lid that keeps the moisture where it belongs.

A lid for each of the five pieces: the fry pan, deep fry pan, wok, saucepan and casserole pot. Cover a braise, steam greens, keep a simmer gentle or keep dinner warm while the rest catches up.

Six soft felt pads that go between the pans when they are stacked in the cupboard, so nothing rests directly on a cooking surface. One for every pan and pot in the set, plus a spare. Lift the pad off with the pan and put it back when the pan goes away.

The full knife lineup to go with the cookware. A chef knife for most of dinner, a santoku for clean straight cuts, a utility knife for everything in between, a paring knife for work done in the hand, and a bread knife that goes through the crust, not the crumb.

A walnut block with magnets behind the wood, so a knife holds on the face of it instead of sliding into a slot. Nothing scrapes the edge on the way in or out, both sides hold, and the five knives stay in reach on the counter instead of loose in a drawer.

It preheats fast and holds the heat when a cold steak hits it. That is the part cheaper pans get wrong.

The liftgrid

Of the surface touches your food

The raised titanium grid holds your food above the surface, so it sits on ridges instead of lying flat in a pan. Less contact, less sticking — and the release comes from the metal itself, not from a coating that wears off.

I like that I can use a regular metal spatula. They feel solid in the hand. I can finish a steak in the oven in the same pan. Works on the glass top without sliding around too much.

S

These replaced my old pans and pots. The lids actually fit every piece which I did not expect to care about. Sunday meal prep is faster. Five stars

S

Deep pan is great when I need taller sides. Cheaper pans cost more when you replace them every year. No weird chemical smell when it gets hot. Solid purchase.

A
Alice T.

We have two kids and I got paranoid about what was coming off my old pans into the food. The wok is the piece I did not know I needed. Stir fry actually browns now instead of steaming in a crowded skillet. Cleanup is still easy. I like how they look. Not flashy, just clean metal. They sit on the stove and the kitchen looks better. Sounds silly but I cook more when the tools look nice. If you want a pan you never think about, this is close. Use a little oil and normal heat and you will be fine. :)

R
Renee M.

Made chicken thighs this morning. I cooked fish and it released after it set. Onions do not make me fight the knife anymore. I was using too much heat at first. Medium is the sweet spot.

Knives have to be hand washed which I forget sometimes. Would buy again with that in mind.

My mom always said a good pan lasts. A whole matching set like this feels like that kind of purchase. I used a fork, tongs, and a metal spatula. No baby marks that worry me. The surface still looks the same after weeks of weeknight cooking. I like how they look. Not flashy, just clean metal. They sit on the stove and the kitchen looks better. Sounds silly but I cook more when the tools look nice. Safety was the main reason. No coating, no PFAS stuff, nothing to peel. I can sear hot and not think about fumes. That peace of mind is most of the value for me. Full tang on the chef knife. It does not feel cheap or wobbly. Sharing because I usually do not write reviews. These earned one.

Casserole pot handled soup for the whole family. The texture on the bottom looks different but it works. Thanks Hulcan.

Finally have matching pots, pans, and knives. Even heat, no burnt ring in the middle. Neighbors asked what pans they were.

The fry pan is great for grilled cheese. Even heat, no burnt ring in the middle. Pancakes browned even, no pale middle

They heat up fast and cook even. Utility knife is perfect for tomatoes and cheese. They feel solid in the hand. The wave pattern on the blades looks expensive. Would buy again.

A
Adam R.

My mom always said a good pan lasts. A whole matching set like this feels like that kind of purchase. Heat is quick. I do not crank it to high anymore. Medium does the job and the pan recovers when I add food. Steak got a better crust than my old stainless. The wok is the piece I did not know I needed. Stir fry actually browns now instead of steaming in a crowded skillet. Cleanup is still easy. Buying the complete set meant I could finally throw out the random lids and the dull knives that never matched. That is it. Everyday pots, pans, and knives. Easy to wash. Look good. I feel better about what we cook in.

C
Christine T.

The saucepan is what I reach for at breakfast. The lids actually fit every piece which I did not expect to care about. Cheaper pans cost more when you replace them every year. No complaints!

R
Raymond W.

I have had the set for a few weeks and I cook peppers on them a lot. The nonstick is good if you use a little oil and keep the heat reasonable. Not the same as brand new cheap teflon, but I do not want that anymore anyway. Heavy-ish compared to nonstick I used before. I treat it like stainless plus a little oil and it behaves. Washing is easy and they still look nice. Price is the only thing that keeps this from a perfect score for me. I think they are worth it if you were going to replace the whole kitchen anyway.

L
Leo M.

Chef knife came scary sharp. Made pasta in the pot and sauce in the pan. Both cleaned easy. The set does breakfast and dinner so I do not switch brands.

Lid keeps things moist

E

The Damascus knives were the bonus that sold me. Five lids means I can cover whatever is going. No weird chemical smell when it gets hot. Simple as that.

K
Kristen A.

Cleanup is easy but the price is a lot for the full set. Love the knives more than the pans so far. The pans look nice and feel well made. I wanted easier eggs than I am getting. Maybe they will improve as I use them more. For the money I expected less of a learning curve.

T
Tracy D.

This replaced everything in my cabinet. Knives are 15 degree edges. They are thinner than my old German knife. I was using too much heat at first. Medium is the sweet spot. Onions do not make me fight the knife anymore.

A
Amanda C.

Build quality is clearly high. Pans are dishwasher easy. Knives are not. That mix is annoying. Still recommending them.

D
Deborah F.

We have two kids and I got paranoid about what was coming off my old pans into the food. The saucepan does rice, oatmeal, and small sauces. I used to keep a cheap little pot just for that. Not anymore. Heat is quick. I do not crank it to high anymore. Medium does the job and the pan recovers when I add food. Steak got a better crust than my old stainless. If you are on the fence, the trial period helped me click buy. I did not need it.
