Use and Care

First use — four minutes, once
Wash with warm water and dish soap to take off factory residue. Dry it. Set the pan on low-medium heat, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil, and spread it over the interior and sides with a paper towel. Heat 2–3 minutes. Turn the heat off. Let it cool completely, rinse, dry. This fills the microtexture between the ridges and brings release to full strength.

Every day
Start lower than you think. Titanium moves heat fast — medium here behaves like high on the pan you're used to. Save the top of the dial for searing. Flick a drop of water on the surface: if it beads and dances you're at temperature; if it vanishes, pull the pan off the heat.

Oil
A little oil or butter, every time. The ridge geometry is built to spread it. This is not a dry pan. Skip aerosol sprays — the propellants leave a varnish that dulls the release and is a pain to remove.

Utensils
Steel spatulas, forks, whisks, tongs. Yes. That is what the titanium ridges are for. Don't cut on the surface.

Cleaning
Dishwasher is fine, every wash. If you use it, repeat the first-use oil step every 3–6 months — ninety seconds, and the release comes back to full. Stubborn stains: baking soda and water. No abrasive powders.

Don't
Never heat it empty for more than a minute. Never pour cold water onto a hot pan. Never the microwave. The handle gets hot; use a mitt.

Color on the ridges
Titanium can take on a faint bronze or blue tint at high heat. That's the metal reacting to temperature, not damage. It doesn't affect performance, safety or the warranty.

Shipping and Warranty

Shipping
Ships from a US warehouse within 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on everything, with no minimum and no threshold to hit. Tracking comes by email.

Easy returns · 120-day risk-free trial
Four months in your own kitchen. Use the steel whisk. Run it through the dishwasher. Cook the things that ruined the last one. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund and we cover the return postage. That's what makes it risk-free rather than just returnable.

Warranty
Limited lifetime. Manufacturing and material defects, for the life of the pan. It doesn't cover misuse or normal wear and tear. Register it with the QR code in the box and read the full terms.

Then go read the warranty on the pan you already own. Almost every cookware warranty excludes coating wear, discoloration, or loss of non-stick performance. That clause is why those pans are a replacement cycle. Ours has nothing to exclude, because there is no coating on this pan to wear out.

I compared a bunch of titanium pans and this 10 piece made the most sense because you get the fry pan, deep pan, wok, saucepan, and casserole with lids. Eggs were the test for me. First morning I had the heat too high and they grabbed a little. Next day I preheated shorter, added a bit of butter, and they slid. That is the whole trick. Casserole pot is the family piece. Chili, stew, boiled potatoes, leftover soup. Lid fits and it cleans like the pans. Safety was the main reason. No coating, no PFAS stuff, nothing to peel. I can sear hot and not think about fumes. That peace of mind is most of the value for me. If you are on the fence, the trial period helped me click buy. I did not need it. — Aurora

They could have fixed sticking with geometry decades ago. They fixed it with a layer that costs almost nothing and fails on a schedule, because a pan that lasts is a worse business than a pan you replace. We built the other one: solid titanium, raised into a grid, with nothing on top of it to lose. That's the whole story.

The pieces that stop the cycle.

Non-stick that can't wear off.

Pure titanium · Liftgrid surface

What's Included

Eggs in the morning, a steak at night. Food sits on the raised Liftgrid pattern instead of in its own juices, so it browns instead of steaming and lets go when it has seared. Pure titanium with no coating to wear off, so a metal spatula is fine.

Tall sides keep hot oil where it belongs and give a sauce room to reduce. Fry chicken, braise short ribs, cook pasta sauce for six, then serve it from the same pan. The Liftgrid surface lets a crust come away on its own when it is ready, so turning food does not tear it.

Sloped sides for stir-fries, fried rice and anything you want to keep moving. Vegetables stay crisp and noodles pick up color instead of going soft. The same Liftgrid surface as the pans, so sticky sauces and glazes do not weld themselves to the bottom.

Rice, oatmeal, a quick tomato sauce, milk for hot chocolate. The long handle stays steady when you pour, and the Liftgrid surface keeps porridge and reductions from gluing themselves to the bottom. Pure titanium with no coating to wear off.

Two handles and deep sides for the dishes that feed everyone. Brown the meat, add the stock and let it simmer in the same pot. Room for a family batch of soup or pasta for the whole table, with a lid that keeps the moisture where it belongs.

A lid for each of the five pieces: the fry pan, deep fry pan, wok, saucepan and casserole pot. Cover a braise, steam greens, keep a simmer gentle or keep dinner warm while the rest catches up.

Six soft felt pads that go between the pans when they are stacked in the cupboard, so nothing rests directly on a cooking surface. One for every pan and pot in the set, plus a spare. Lift the pad off with the pan and put it back when the pan goes away.

The liftgrid

Of the surface touches your food

The raised titanium grid holds your food above the surface, so it sits on ridges instead of lying flat in a pan. Less contact, less sticking — and the release comes from the metal itself, not from a coating that wears off.

K

Easy to wash which I care about. Really like the deep pan for sauteed greens. The wok is a little bigger than I expected, in a good way mostly. Would buy again with that in mind.

A
Ava R.

I like that I can use a regular metal spatula. I use way less oil than I used to.

P
Piper W.

I have had the set for a few weeks and I cook fish on them a lot. The nonstick is good if you use a little oil and keep the heat reasonable. Not the same as brand new cheap teflon, but I do not want that anymore anyway. Not magic. You still use a little oil. Then it works. 120 day trial made me comfortable spending this much on a full set. Washing is easy and they still look nice. Price is the only thing that keeps this from a perfect score for me. I think they are worth it if you were going to replace the whole kitchen anyway.

D
Debra N.

I cook most nights and I was tired of buying a new nonstick pan every year when the coating started to scratch. Washing is boring in a good way. Soap, sponge, done. Or I throw them in the dishwasher after a long night. I wiped a little oil on after a few dishwasher runs like they said. I like how they look. Not flashy, just clean metal. They sit on the stove and the kitchen looks better. Sounds silly but I cook more when the tools look nice. If you are on the fence, the trial period helped me click buy. I did not need it.

A

Casserole pot handled soup for the whole family. Everything matches so the kitchen looks put together. Good buy.

S

Bought these after my ceramic pan started flaking. That freaked me out. The wok is the piece I did not know I needed. Stir fry actually browns now instead of steaming in a crowded skillet. Cleanup is still easy. I used a fork, tongs, and a metal spatula. No baby marks that worry me. The surface still looks the same after weeks of weeknight cooking. I like that it is Grade 1 titanium, not some mystery mix. Sharing because I usually do not write reviews. These earned one.

M
Mason G.

Casserole pot handled soup for the whole family. Wash is just soap and a regular sponge. I like cooking more because cleanup is not a chore. Five stars.

R
Riley G.

They look great in the kitchen. Casserole is great. I just wish it had a helper handle. Minor stuff, not deal breakers.

C

I was nervous spending this much on a full set. I was using too much heat at first. Medium is the sweet spot. Initial oiling took a few minutes per piece. Easy enough. No complaints.

R
Robert A.

My mom always said a good pan lasts. A whole matching set like this feels like that kind of purchase. The saucepan does rice, oatmeal, and small sauces. I used to keep a cheap little pot just for that. Not anymore. I like how they look. Not flashy, just clean metal. They sit on the stove and the kitchen looks better. Sounds silly but I cook more when the tools look nice. First thing I made was steak and onions. Used a teaspoon of oil, medium heat, and it released. Not like cheap teflon slippery, more like it lets go when the food is ready. Are they cheap? No. Do I think they are worth it if you cook a lot? Yes. I would buy them again.

E
Eugene R.

They look expensive and they cook like it too. Bacon crisp without a greasy mess. I stopped babying my pans.

M
Mason R.

Been using the sauce pan almost every day. Everything matches so the kitchen looks put together. I can deglaze and the bits come up easy. That is all I wanted.

R
Ruth H.

We have an induction range in a small kitchen so I needed pans that actually work on it and do not take over the cabinet. The saucepan does rice, oatmeal, and small sauces. I used to keep a cheap little pot just for that. Not anymore. Buying the complete set meant I could finally throw out the random lids that never matched. If you are on the fence, the trial period helped me click buy. I did not need it.

F
Frances R.

I wanted something I would not be scared to put in the dishwasher or scrape with a metal spatula. Casserole pot is the family piece. Chili, stew, boiled potatoes, leftover soup. Lid fits and it cleans like the pans. I like how they look. Not flashy, just clean metal. They sit on the stove and the kitchen looks better. Sounds silly but I cook more when the tools look nice. This is closer to stainless performance with easier release. Would I like them a little cheaper? Sure. I still think the price is fair for a whole kitchen set.

W
Willie G.

The wok is perfect for tomato sauce. Color and shape look clean in my kitchen. Would buy again.

A
Aurora J.

Bought these after my ceramic pan started flaking. That freaked me out. They are not weightless. They also are not cast iron heavy. I can toss food in the wok without feeling like I am lifting a weight. Handles have been comfortable. Deep pan is what I use for sauces and when I cook for company. Tall sides, lid on, it just works. Tomato sauce did not weirdly react or stain like some metal pans. You still preheat and use a little fat. Then it releases. Five stars from a normal home cook, not a gadget person.

J
Jennifer S.

This replaced everything in my cabinet. No rust spots after washing and sitting out. Nothing sticks if I use a little oil and do not blast the heat. Lids are a nice extra. I use them more than I thought. Love them.

C
Christopher B.

No coating peeling, that part is excellent. Overall these are good pans. Takes a minute to learn the heat, then it is easy. Minor stuff, not deal breakers.

B
Brandon T.

I was skeptical. Not anymore.

A
Abigail D.

Safer than what I used before. Build quality is clearly high. Not magic. You still use a little oil. Then it works. Happy I got them.
