Use and Care

First use — four minutes, once
Wash with warm water and dish soap to take off factory residue. Dry it. Set the wok on low-medium heat, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil, and spread it over the interior and sides with a paper towel. Heat 2–3 minutes. Turn the heat off. Let it cool completely, rinse, dry. This fills the microtexture between the ridges and brings release to full strength.

Every day
Start lower than you think. Titanium moves heat fast — medium here behaves like high on the wok you're used to. Save the top of the dial for searing. Flick a drop of water on the surface: if it beads and dances you're at temperature; if it vanishes, pull the pan off the heat.

Oil
A little oil or butter, every time. The ridge geometry is built to spread it. This is not a dry pan. Skip aerosol sprays — the propellants leave a varnish that dulls the release and is a pain to remove.

Utensils
Steel spatulas, forks, whisks, tongs. Yes. That is what the titanium ridges are for. Don't cut on the surface.

Cleaning
Dishwasher is fine, every wash. If you use it, repeat the first-use oil step every 3–6 months — ninety seconds, and the release comes back to full. Stubborn stains: baking soda and water. No abrasive powders.

Don't
Never heat it empty for more than a minute. Never pour cold water onto a hot wok. Never the microwave. The handle gets hot; use a mitt.

Color on the ridges
Titanium can take on a faint bronze or blue tint at high heat. That's the metal reacting to temperature, not damage. It doesn't affect performance, safety or the warranty.

Shipping and Warranty

Shipping
Ships from a US warehouse within 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on everything, with no minimum and no threshold to hit. Tracking comes by email.

Easy returns · 120-day risk-free trial
Four months in your own kitchen. Use the steel whisk. Run it through the dishwasher. Cook the things that ruined the last one. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund and we cover the return postage. That's what makes it risk-free rather than just returnable.

Warranty
Limited lifetime. Manufacturing and material defects, for the life of the pan. It doesn't cover misuse or normal wear and tear. Register it with the QR code in the box and read the full terms.

Then go read the warranty on the pan you already own. Almost every cookware warranty excludes coating wear, discoloration, or loss of non-stick performance. That clause is why those pans are a replacement cycle. Ours has nothing to exclude, because there is no coating on this pan to wear out.

They could have fixed sticking with geometry decades ago. They fixed it with a layer that costs almost nothing and fails on a schedule, because a pan that lasts is a worse business than a pan you replace. We built the other one: solid titanium, raised into a grid, with nothing on top of it to lose. That's the whole story.

Deglaze, scrape with a steel spatula, wipe it out. The surface takes all of it and looks the same at the end of service.

Denise, Feb 2026
Denise, Feb 2026

It preheats fast and holds the heat when a cold steak hits it. That is the part cheaper pans get wrong.

Andre, Jan 2026
Andre, Jan 2026

No seasoning routine and no special sponge. It goes into the dishwasher with everything else at the end of the night.

I wanted a pan with nothing sprayed on top of it. This one is just the metal, and it still releases.

I replaced a nonstick that had started to peel. There is nothing here that can peel in the first place.

Eggs and chicken twice a day, every day. Months in, the cooking surface looks the way it did in week one.

Sunday meal prep is four hours on the stove. It handles batch after batch without losing heat between them.

Hard sear on high, then straight into the dishwasher. Nothing about the pan has changed since I got it.

I cook plain, no sprays and no shortcuts. The only thing between my food and the pan is titanium.

My husband uses metal spatulas no matter what I say. Two months of that and there is not a mark on it.

The release is honest — a little oil and eggs slide. No coating to baby.

The liftgrid

Of the surface touches your food

The raised titanium grid holds your food above the surface, so it sits on ridges instead of lying flat in a pan. Less contact, less sticking — and the release comes from the metal itself, not from a coating that wears off.

An unrivaled cooking experience

One titanium wok with the sear of stainless, the release of nonstick and the life of cast iron.

More comfortable to use than it looked, and the depth and width work well together.

Very happy with this wok, I just wanted enough room to stir dinner without making a mess and a pan that was easy to wash afterwards, and this has been good for both with the extra handle as a nice bonus.

Bought for our stir fry nights and it's getting used for other dinners as well, definitely not sitting unused in the cupboard

Good on our induction hob, sits flat and gives me plenty of room for the spatula
