Use and Care

First use — four minutes, once
Wash with warm water and dish soap to take off factory residue. Dry it. Set the pan on low-medium heat, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil, and spread it over the interior and sides with a paper towel. Heat 2–3 minutes. Turn the heat off. Let it cool completely, rinse, dry. This fills the microtexture between the ridges and brings release to full strength.

Every day
Start lower than you think. Titanium moves heat fast — medium here behaves like high on the pan you're used to. Save the top of the dial for searing. Flick a drop of water on the surface: if it beads and dances you're at temperature; if it vanishes, pull the pan off the heat.

Oil
A little oil or butter, every time. The ridge geometry is built to spread it. This is not a dry pan. Skip aerosol sprays — the propellants leave a varnish that dulls the release and is a pain to remove.

Utensils
Steel spatulas, forks, whisks, tongs. Yes. That is what the titanium ridges are for. Don't cut on the surface.

Cleaning
Dishwasher is fine, every wash. If you use it, repeat the first-use oil step every 3–6 months — ninety seconds, and the release comes back to full. Stubborn stains: baking soda and water. No abrasive powders.

Don't
Never heat it empty for more than a minute. Never pour cold water onto a hot pan. Never the microwave. The handle gets hot; use a mitt.

Color on the ridges
Titanium can take on a faint bronze or blue tint at high heat. That's the metal reacting to temperature, not damage. It doesn't affect performance, safety or the warranty.

Shipping and Warranty

Shipping
Ships from a US warehouse within 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on everything, with no minimum and no threshold to hit. Tracking comes by email.

Easy returns · 120-day risk-free trial
Four months in your own kitchen. Use the steel whisk. Run it through the dishwasher. Cook the things that ruined the last one. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund and we cover the return postage. That's what makes it risk-free rather than just returnable.

Warranty
Limited lifetime. Manufacturing and material defects, for the life of the pan. It doesn't cover misuse or normal wear and tear. Register it with the QR code in the box and read the full terms.

Then go read the warranty on the pan you already own. Almost every cookware warranty excludes coating wear, discoloration, or loss of non-stick performance. That clause is why those pans are a replacement cycle. Ours has nothing to exclude, because there is no coating on this pan to wear out.

I like that it is a small set. Two pans, two jobs, no extras sitting at the back. The wok helper handle is handy when I carry it to the sink and the fry pan is easy to tilt when I pour. Use them a lot. Next to the saucepan. — Michael

They could have fixed sticking with geometry decades ago. They fixed it with a layer that costs almost nothing and fails on a schedule, because a pan that lasts is a worse business than a pan you replace. We built the other one: solid titanium, raised into a grid, with nothing on top of it to lose. That's the whole story.

The pieces that stop the cycle.

Non-stick that can't wear off.

Pure titanium · Liftgrid surface

What's Included

Sloped sides for stir-fries, fried rice and anything you want to keep moving. Vegetables stay crisp and noodles pick up color instead of going soft. The same Liftgrid surface as the pans, so sticky sauces and glazes do not weld themselves to the bottom.

Eggs in the morning, a steak at night. Food sits on the raised Liftgrid pattern instead of in its own juices, so it browns instead of steaming and lets go when it has seared. Pure titanium with no coating to wear off, so a metal spatula is fine.

A lid for the fry pan and one for the Wok. Cover a braise to keep the moisture in, melt cheese over a burger, or keep dinner warm while the rest catches up.

Deglaze, scrape with a steel spatula, wipe it out. The surface takes all of it and looks the same at the end of service.

It preheats fast and holds the heat when a cold steak hits it. That is the part cheaper pans get wrong.

No seasoning routine and no special sponge. It goes into the dishwasher with everything else at the end of the night.

The liftgrid

Of the surface touches your food

The raised titanium grid holds your food above the surface, so it sits on ridges instead of lying flat in a pan. Less contact, less sticking — and the release comes from the metal itself, not from a coating that wears off.

Titanium cookware with the sear of stainless, the release of nonstick and the life of cast iron.

I like that it is a small set. Two pans, two jobs, no extras sitting at the back. The wok helper handle is handy when I carry it to the sink and the fry pan is easy to tilt when I pour. Use them a lot. Next to the saucepan.

W
Wesley N.

Uncoated was the point for me and it turned out to be an amazing set and the wok is wide enough for noodles and veg.

K
Kelly Q.

Four stars because of the price and the hot handles, not because the food is bad. Small kitchen.

P
Pierce N.

Handles get hot so I use a mitt and neither pan feels like the cheap extra.

T
Tanner W.

I was not sure I needed both pieces and now I use them side by side most evenings. Fry pan for the protein, wok for the veg. Cleanup is a sponge once they are not blazing hot. Feels safer than watching a coating wear off. Small kitchen but they fit. Hand wash only.

E
Elijah K.

Easy to live with and I measured the cupboard and they fit.

S
Solomon L.

I like that it is a small set. Two pans, two jobs, no extras sitting at the back. The wok helper handle is handy when I carry it to the sink and the fry pan is easy to tilt when I pour. Cool them before washing. Oil in a cup nearby.

No coating, just metal, and it is an amazing everyday set. 👍

L

Uncoated was the point for me and it turned out to be an amazing set and no coating to baby.

S

We cook for two most nights and sometimes more on weekends. The sizes make sense for that. I keep oil in a cup by the stove and a mitt on the hook. Would buy the same two pans again. No regrets so far. Flat cooktop.

C
Coco A.

Love how straightforward this set is and it feels safer to cook on and I use both in the same dinner a lot.

J

No coating, and it is an amazing everyday set and washing is easy if I let them cool first.

P

Uncoated was the reason I bought them. 🙂.

F

Our old nonstick was starting to peel and I wanted something without a coating. These are just metal. I use a little oil and a lower heat than before and both pans have been easy enough. Amazing set for a normal week of cooking. 👍. Induction hob here.

P
Piper V.

I use both most weeks. Storage is the weaker part. 😊. Gas hob here.

A
Anton X.

Amazing set if you are done with peeling nonstick. It is not magic dry-cookware, you still use a bit of fat, but I trust it more. Both pieces stay near the hob because we use them. Use them a lot. Coil stove.

T
Tara K.

Small kitchen so I checked the handle length first. The fry pan handle needs a bit of room but it fits if I turn it in. Cooking has been straightforward and I like that nothing is flaking into the food. Induction here. Glass top stove.

P
Paige Y.

Uncoated was the reason I bought them and food browns instead of steaming when I do not overcrowd. 👍

Honestly an amazing set and I do not worry about flakes and the wok is wide enough for noodles and veg.

W

I read the little care card, turned the heat down, and stopped treating them like nonstick. After that they have been an amazing everyday set. Metal spatula is fine and I do not think about the surface coming off. Small kitchen but they fit. Family of three.

A

What I wanted was safer pans after the old skillet looked bald. This set did that and also happens to cook well. Stir fry has room, steaks fit the fry pan, and washing has not been a project. 😊. Gas hob here.

Gifted to us when we moved and they became the pans we reach for first. Eggs in the skillet, noodles in the wok, same wash after. Not fancy, just useful, and I like that they are uncoated. No regrets so far.
